As COVID-19 continues to evolve and spread as a health issue impacting communities and businesses worldwide we want to assure you that our core focus is providing uninterrupted service to our customers, while also ensuring the well-being of our employees and their families.
Given our connection to the energy industry, we are an Essential Business supplying critical tools for the drilling and extraction of oil and gas. Being an Essential Business allows us to provide economic security to our employees during these uncertain times by continuing to operate, if we can do so safely. It also enables us to play an important role in keeping our economy running by supporting the needs of our customers.
Our manufacturing operations are open. As part of our protocols, we have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting procedures, including sanitizing common touch points including handrails and door handles, phones and computers. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.
Our non-manufacturing personnel are working hard from their homes to continue serving customers.
We are following CDC guidance and closely monitoring the recommendations from Houston and Harris County officials. As we learn more daily about operating in a COVID-19 world, we will continue to provide updated policies and practices as changes occur.
