David Walstad, Owner & CEO
Involved with General Plastics & Composites since 1997, David is owner and CEO of the company, and has 30+ years of oilfield service experience, along with 20+ years of composite application experience. David Walstad received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2011 Gulf Coast Area Award in the Industrial category.
Amber Williams, MA, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, Executive Vice President and General Manager
Since joining General Plastics & Composites in 2014, Amber has led the company’s human resource (HR) team and department. With nearly two decades of HR experience, she also serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President and five other company leaders. Amber earned a master of arts degree and a bachelor of science degree in HR Management from the University of Houston and University of Nebraska, respectively, and she holds numerous HR certifications.
Kenny Duke, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Kenny has more than 40 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and is a dedicated professional with a diverse background, having worked for both major and independent service companies. Kenny brings extensive knowledge of sales, market development, strategic planning, contract negotiations and management experience. He has a solid foundation working with drilling, exploration, production, distribution, and global oilfield service companies.
Mark Krueger, CPA, Controller
Mark joined General Plastics & Composites in 2018 and has over 30 years’ experience in accounting, including internal audit functions for manufacturing companies. His experience also includes roles in the oil and gas industry. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business and a bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Keith Fielding, Director of Sales
Keith joined General Plastics & Composites in early 2015 with more than 25 years of business experience, including 20 years in both upstream and downstream oil and gas sales and service. Keith is a team builder with specific experience in leading sales teams that build long-term relationships with their customers by providing an outstanding customer experience. Keith has an extensive background in working with customers to develop new products and get them to market in a timely manner. Prior to joining General Plastics & Composites, Keith enjoyed a 20 year career with a major oil company.
Brad Landmann, Director of Engineering
Brad joined General Plastics & Composites in 2013 and has led the company’s engineering department transformation through product development efficiencies and innovation, as well as quality consistency. He has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership. Brad earned a master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from GM Institute of Technology, as well as a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Robin Walstad, Director of Executive Sales & Marketing
As Director of Executive Sales & Marketing, Robin is responsible for working on long-term strategies with high-level managers and directors as well as introducing new product and technology advancements. In addition, she oversees the company’s marketing efforts. She joined the company in 2007 and has worked in various capacities in sales and marketing. Prior to joining General Plastics & Composites, she worked in the education industry where she developed strong coaching and management skills. She has a BA degree from Rice University and a Master's in Education Administration.
Krista Webster, Supply Chain Manager
Krista joined General Plastics & Composites in 2012 and became Purchasing Manager in 2017. In her current role, she oversees the operations and daily activities of the purchasing department, and also builds strategic relationships with key suppliers. Previously, Krista served in inside sales and supply chain analysis roles for GP&C. Krista earned a bachelor’s degree in business for supply chain management from Texas A&M University.
