Your account manager will gather the pertinent information on your composite material requirements – temperature, pressure, loading, and other mechanical or environmental data relevant to the function of the oil and gas composite part. They will facilitate meetings with your engineering team to define and finalize design criteria prior to quoting.
Our engineering team will create a Bill of Materials utilizing the appropriate resin system, composite material and/or rubber or metal, and composite manufacturing method. We then develop an accurate quote for you.
Account Management Team
Our Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives have a collaborative relationship with you and are your dedicated points of contact to work with on any aspect of your account and your project. Your Account Manager provides technical assistance on projects involving composites, and facilitates design discussions, reviews, and quality plans, and facilitates meetings with significant personnel from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Your Inside Sales Representative remains focused on orders and deliveries and serves as a contact you can always reach.
Our sales team members have an average of 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and have a wealth of knowledge on composite products and composite technology.
For transparent communication, your Account Manager provides Microsoft Project updates weekly or bi-weekly and schedules customer meetings as needed.
Your Account Manager manages the entire process from R&D to Production and throughout the life cycle of your product.
