Our Team
Grant Roscoe, CEO
Grant is a trusted leader and strategic thinker, known for his operational excellence and collaborative approach. With 25+ years in business, including 17 years in senior roles with Halliburton and most recently President of Global Operations for Team Industrial Services Inc, he has an exceptional understanding of the oilfield service business. As CEO, Grant guides GP&C’s strategy, execution and operational excellence and empowers teams to achieve exceptional results. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree from Durban University of Technology and completed the executive leadership program from Texas A&M University Mays Business School.
Mark Krueger, CPA, CFO
Mark joined General Plastics & Composites in 2018 and has over 30 years’ experience in accounting, including internal audit functions for manufacturing companies. His experience also includes roles in the oil and gas industry. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business and a bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Matt Howell, Vice President of Engineering & Project Technology
Matt Howell, Vice President of Engineering Technology and Matt joined General Plastics & Composites in 2025, where he drives engineering excellence and product innovation. With over 20+ years in the energy services industry, he held senior leadership roles at Halliburton, managing multi-million-dollar businesses and global product portfolios in completions technology. Matt combines deep technical expertise with strategic commercial insight to deliver breakthrough advancements and measurable customer value. He is the inventor on 35 patents, author of six technical publications, and widely recognized for building collaborative teams and accelerating advanced product development. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration, both from Oklahoma State University.
John Seerey, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial operations and executive leadership across the oil and gas and specialty chemical industries. John combines strategic vision, innovation, and collaboration to drive business growth and transformation. At General Plastics & Composites, he leads customer-focused initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, digital marketing strategies, and strategic partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and strengthen market presence. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University and is committed to creating value through operational excellence, customer success, and market-driven strategies.
Christian Guidry, HRSE/Facilities Senior Manager
Christian Guidry joined General Plastics & Composites in 2021 and serves as the HRSE & Facilities Senior Manager, overseeing human resources, safety, and facilities functions. With more than 15 years of experience in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries, he is a proven leader focused on building strong teams, driving continuous improvement, and reinforcing safety as a core value while aligning people and operational strategies with company goals.
Krista Webster, Supply Chain Manager
Krista joined General Plastics & Composites in 2012 and was appointed Supply Chain Manager in 2018. She provides strategic leadership over purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience. Krista plays a key role in developing long-term supplier partnerships and aligning supply chain strategy with overall business objectives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston–Victoria.
Iriana Daboin, Vice President of Human Resources
Iriana brings 30 years of global human-resources leadership to GP&C, with expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compliance, and organizational design. Her career includes senior HR roles supporting both domestic and international operations in the oil & gas and energy sectors building scalable people programs across multiple continents. At GP&C, she leads the Human Resources function in alignment with Company strategy, serving as a trusted partner to the executive team and helping drive a high-performance culture. Iriana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Management from the University of Houston.
Yan Jiang, Senior Manager, Operational Excellence
Yan joined General Plastics & Composites in 2019, was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager in 2021, and to Senior Manager, Operational Excellence in 2022. She has over 25 years of quality experience across the oil & gas, electronics, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries. Yan led the company to achieve ISO 9001 certification in 2023 and AS9100 certification in 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
