From design and material selection to final cure, we give you precise control of every step in the process. Our proprietary elastomer blends, advanced press capabilities and thermoset material expertise allow us to deliver components with consistent performance. And our advanced CNC systems and robotic automation enable tight tolerances across complex geometries, while our large-format capacity, proprietary thread design and specialized wire-groove machining can deliver precision at every scale.

Machining Capabilities

  • Turning capacity up to 20″ diameter; large-format milling with 200″ X-axis travel
  • Tolerances tighter than .001″ on metals, composites, and hybrids
  • Proprietary and standard threading: acme, buttress, round profiles
  • Specialized wire groove machining and complex 5-axis milling
  • Waterjet cutting to 94,000 PSI, 5-axis control

Molding Capabilities

  • In-house rubber compounding (40+ proprietary compounds)
  • Compression transfer and injection molding for elastomers and thermoset composites
  • 25 presses with variable tonnage from 50 to 575
  • Platen Sizes L32″ X W32″ X H35″; precision +/-.005″
  • Structural bonding and co-molding of composites, metals, and elastomers, and engineer for maximum strength and environmental resistance
